Shariah-compliant

What is Takaful?

Takaful is a Shariah-compliant way to protect your family and save for the future. Participants contribute to a shared Takaful fund that supports any member who suffers a loss — mutual cooperation rather than a commercial risk transfer. There is no interest (riba), and every step is overseen by State Life’s Shariah Supervisory Board.

🤲Shared riskParticipants pool their contributions to help each other in times of need, rather than transferring risk to a company.
⚖️Shariah compliantFunds are invested only in Islamic, Riba-free instruments under strict supervision of our Shariah board.
🔄Surplus sharingAny surplus in the participants' Takaful fund after claims and reserves may be distributed back to participants.
🛡️Govt. guaranteeJust like conventional plans, Takaful plans are fully backed by the Government of Pakistan.
