Who we are
StateLife Advisors is an independent agency authorized to sell the products of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. This website is owned and operated by the agency. It is not the official website of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, and this policy covers only the information you share with us through this site.
What we collect
When you request a quote or consultation, we ask for:
- Your name and mobile number;
- Optionally, your city, age bracket, monthly budget, plan of interest and preferred contact method and time.
We do not ask for, and you should not enter, your CNIC number, bank details or any payment information on this website. Those are only ever collected by State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan through its own official application process.
Like most websites we also receive technical information automatically — your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you reached us (for example, from a search result or an advertisement).
How we use it
- To call or message you about the consultation or quote you requested;
- To prepare a personalised illustration for the plan you are interested in;
- To pass your details to State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan only if you decide to apply for a policy, so the application can be processed;
- To understand how the website is used and to measure whether our advertising is reaching people who actually want a consultation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan for the purpose described above.
Advertising and analytics cookies
We use Google Ads and may use Google Analytics. These services set cookies so that Google can tell us, in aggregate, whether people who clicked one of our advertisements went on to request a consultation, and how visitors move through the site. Google does not receive the name or number you type into our forms as part of this.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ads settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as we are advising you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can follow up if you asked us to. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, stop contacting you, or delete it. Call or WhatsApp 0340-8988872, or use the contact page. We aim to respond within seven working days.
Security
Your details are stored only where needed to contact you and are accessible only to the advisors who handle your request. This website is served over HTTPS.
Children
Our plans are bought by adults, sometimes on behalf of a child. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
